A fifty-year-old woman with a severely swollen left knee came to see Mada for a private session. Since a work related injury six years prior, the woman had been experiencing chronic pain, which became acute whenever she attempted to walk even a short distance. Having already tried physical therapy, acupuncture, Rolfing, reiki, massage, yoga, affirmations, psychotherapy and emotional release work, the woman was feeling pretty discouraged.
Looking into her client's energy field, Mada could see that the pain in the knee was connected to a pattern of withdrawing and feeling shut down. There was anger, fear and an inability to trust people repressed in her body and energy. The repressed emotions dated back 35 years—when the client was only fifteen—to the time of her mother's disappearance and suicide. The incident left Mada's client heartbroken, angry, confused and shut down emotionally. After the initial assessment, Mada and her client began the Dalian Method to identify the thoughts repressed on each side of the woman's body. "I am angry about everything." "I am afraid to show how I feel." "I'm afraid." "I don't trust people." As Mada's client expressed and released these repressions, deeper layers surfaced. "I hate you, Mom, for leaving me alone". "Why did you leave me alone?" "I hate you, Dad, for remarrying. I felt all alone." "I felt abandoned by you, too." And still deeper layers… "Mom, I should have known you were sick and in trouble." "I was being selfish and only focused on myself." When all these debilitating thoughts and associated emotions were expressed out loud and released, they lost their power. Mada's client felt compassion for her dad and understood that he had his own life to live. And, she was able to fully accept—what intellectually she already knew—that through no fault of her own, her mother had committed suicide because she was unwell and unable to cope with depression. With the light of her inner consciousness shining through, the woman was able to finally let go of her anger and resentment and forgive her parents. She was also able to forgive herself. This would have not been possible if the repressed beliefs and emotions had not been accessed and released from her body. The woman experienced true forgiveness—not just a mental exercise—and an inner peace and calmness that she had not felt before. Feeling a profound sense of gratitude to her parents for giving her life, the fifteen-year-old teenager finally transformed into a mature and conscious adult. The transformation brought in new awareness. "I'm going to do whatever I want." "There is nothing stopping me anymore, and there was nothing ever stopping me." "I was stopping myself." "I am not going to stop myself anymore". "I'm going to express my creativity, gifts and potential." At the completion of The Dalian Method that day, the large swelling in the knee was greatly diminished and the knee began to look normal again. The knee fully recovered in the coming weeks, and Mada's client was able to walk long distances and even run again without pain. Overview The Dalian Method (DM), created by Mada Eliza Dalian, is designed to give you the power to transform your health and to limit dependency on physicians, therapists, healers and medications. Unlike other modalities, DM does not "fix" or suppress symptoms or replace negative beliefs with positive ones. Restoring health is actually quite simple. It's about becoming conscious. You already have everything that you need inside to reclaim your health and well-being and free yourself from stressful and overwhelming life experiences. The Dalian Method takes you on a journey inside to aid you in releasing unconscious fears, self-sabotaging belief patterns and repressed memories at the body’s cellular level. DM is not only a technique for transforming the body, mind and emotions; it is also a tool that can accelerate spiritual awakening and create the possibility for you to achieve permanent transformations. It is designed to connect you to your inner wisdom and to the truth of your being. Mada Dalian Mada Dalian is a mystic, a scientist of the human condition and an internationally acclaimed master of healing and transformation. She is also the best-selling, multi-award winning author of two books; In Search of the Miraculous: Healing into Consciousness and Healing the Body and Awakening Consciousness with the Dalian Method: An Advanced Self-Healing System for a New Humanity. Developing the Dalian Method became the life work of Mada Dalian because she could see that something was missing from all other healing modalities. Mada was born with a gift to read the thoughts that are repressed in a person's body. She was able to use this gift in working with individuals over a 20-year period to develop this new paradigm in personal transformation for restorimg health and awakening. Through her clients’ reported successes after using DM only one or two times, Mada discovered a direct correlation between health and consciousness. What Ails Us: Energetic Blockages In order to understand the Dalian Method, it is important to know that the premise is that all issues are caused by energetic blockages in the body. These blockages are created by the repressed thoughts and emotions that you have held down throughout a lifetime or lifetimes—things that you were unwilling to say or feel. What Heals Us: The Dalian Method Step One – Addressing Energetic Blockages The method uses the body, the chakra system and the light of your innate consciousness. The theory of the method is that by using these three components, you can identify and erase the causes of energetic blocks, thereby creating the possibility of restoring your health and well-being. The method is designed to bypass the mind and is intended to work with issues on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels simultaneously. It is believed to restore the natural frequencies of the physical organs, balance yin/yang energy polarities, transform fears and help you discover who you really are. Case studies of the Dalian Method demonstrate how layers of repressed thoughts and emotions can be identified, verbalized out loud and released with the breath. Identifying and releasing these repressions is step one of DM. Each step of the Dalian Method is essential to creating the possibility of transformation and to erasing issues from the body's cellular memory. Step Two – Uncovering the Original State of Consciousness By releasing what has been repressed in the unconscious, DM is intended to uncover the original state of consciousness, which is always healthy and whole. This is step two of the Dalian Method—the point at which a new inner knowing can become clear. Insight can be gained into the lessons learned through past experiences. You have the opportunity to evolve spiritually, and likewise physical and mental health issues can improve. You may experience a more open heart in which an inner peace and stillness is naturally aligned. You are more able to act consciously and to find clarity on how to live fully and courageously. Step Three – Remember Yourself Step three of DM is to ground in the new awareness, to say goodbye to the old way of being and to embrace what is being welcomed into your life. Following up each Dalian Method session with action steps is essential to fully integrate your shift in consciousness and to replace old patterns of being. At first you will need to remind yourself of your new awareness. This is different from strengthening an affirmation; it’s about reminding yourself of an inner knowing—similar to what the Buddha meant when he spoke of "right remembrance" or remembering yourself. The Dalian Method is a stand-alone, mathematically-designed system and needs to be used in its entirety as a complete system to create the opportunity for transformation. Each step and the order within each step is intended to allow you to tap into your consciousness (not the body or mind), which is the ultimate source of health and wholeness. The master key that ultimately can help you heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually is consciousness. We believe the key to your consciousness is the Dalian Method.

Healing and transformation are necessary to go beyond what has already happened in the past. The past is already gone. We can no longer change anything about it no matter how much we try.
